About the Author
Frances Mensah Williams is CEO of Interims for Development Ltd. and publisher ofReConnectAfrica.com, a careers and business website. She was born in Ghana, moving to the UK at the age of six, where she now lives in Hendon with her family. A graduate of University of Reading, her career in Human Resources Management, Training and Consultancy, spans the UK and Africa. She is the recipient of several awards, and in 2011 was nominated as one of the Top 20 Inspirational Femalesfromthe Africa Diaspora in Europe. She is the author of non-fiction titles Everyday Heroes and I Want to Work in Africa, and the novel From Pasta to Pigfoot (2015).
